Instructions:

For kisir, bring soup to a boil, stir in bulgur and let swell for half an hour.

Loosen with a fork and let cool. Finely chop parsley, cilantro and mint. Wash and finely dice tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into strips. Squeeze lemon.

Mix tomatoes, onions, parsley, cilantro and mint, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil and fold into bulgur. Dilute with water if needed. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Serve kisir on a plate with lettuce leaf.
