Instructions:

For the Kernölschmölzi, heat olive oil in a pan. Chop onion and fry in the pan until brown. Crack eggs and mix with other ingredients. Stir with whisk until everything is well blended.

Add entire mixture to onion in skillet and then leave in skillet until everything has become a solid mixture. Keep breaking up with spatula so that smaller pieces form.

At the end, pour the Styrian drop over the egg dish and serve the Kernölschmölzi with the chopped chives.
