Defrost frozen berries, select fresh berries and rinse. Rinse the mint and pluck the leaves. Blend half of the berries with the mint leaves in a hand blender or possibly with a blender. Add the cooled kefir to the berry puree and season with maple syrup or honey and the juice of one lemon. Now add the remaining berries and fill everything together into a bowl or possibly into a dessert cup. Since the eye always eats with you, garnish with a mint leaf.
