Preheat oven to 150 °C. Salt the butter, beat with the yolks until fluffy (mixer), mix in the milk and flour. Beat egg whites until stiff, add to butter-yolk mixture, fold in. Spread the mixture on a greased baking tray (or a baking tray covered with baking paper) to the thickness of a finger, bake in the oven for 12-15 min until golden brown. Let dough cool and cut into diamond-shaped pieces (Schöberl).
