Instructions:

A cake recipe for all foodies:

Put flour in a suitable bowl, make a well in the center, crumble yeast into it and stir with a little bit of milk and 1 tsp. sugar to form a dampfl. Cover with plastic wrap or possibly a tea towel and let rise for 15 minutes. Add remaining salt, sugar, milk, dissolved fat and beaten egg and knead until smooth. Cover again and let rise for 1 hour.

For the 1st topping suggestion:

Roll out the dough and shape onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the apple slices on the dough and sprinkle with raisins and sugar.

For 2nd topping suggestion:

Drain all the fruit. Mix sugar, egg, curd, grated lemon peel and custard powder. Brush curd mixture on rolled out dough, top with fruit in strips and sprinkle with almond kernels.

Let the cake rise repeatedly for 15 minutes. Then bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 30-40 min. Cool on the baking tray.
