For the jerk pasta, cook the pasta in plenty of water until well al dente and then strain. Return the pasta from the strainer to the pot and stir in the cream.

Then stir in the tomato paste. Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

Place the sprig of basil on top.
