For the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings, first puree all ingredients for the marinade.

In a shallow dish, place the chicken wings against each other and pour the marinade over them, then rub the marinade into the chicken wings (best done with rubber gloves). Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, better to let marinate overnight.

Then roast the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings on an oiled broiler over a grease pan lined with aluminum foil in the upper third of an oven heated to 230 °C for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
