Instructions:

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry all the vegetables in it all around.

Pour clear soup, season with salt and pepper.

Add parsley, oregano, garlic, lovage and tarragon.

Simmer gently for about 20 minutes.

Season soup once more and sprinkle with basil before serving.

sprinkle on top.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
