For the Indonesian fillet with coconut milk, cut the meat into 3 cm cubes and season with ginger, turmeric, sambal oelek and coriander.

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat, then remove from the pan, place in a bowl and mix with 4 tbsp of soy sauce.

Finely dice the onion and garlic clove and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Add the coconut milk, 1 tbsp soy sauce, chili flakes, some cilantro and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the meat along with the soy sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Bind the Indonesian fillet with coconut milk lightly with cornstarch. and serve with noodles or rice.
