Instructions:

Cut onion and bell bell pepper into small cubes.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until translucent, add bell bell pepper pieces and sauté briefly. Pour in the vegetable soup and cook for about 15 minutes until the peppers are completely soft.

Mix the soup with crème fraîche and the hot pepper mixture and blend well with a stick or stand mixer.

Arrange the finished Scharfmacher Paprikaschaumsuppe in a plate – decorate with a dollop of whipped cream, Scharfmacher Gewürzblütenmischung and chive sticks.
