Instructions:

Prepare radishes (ready to cook, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt), leaving a little green to hold the radishes while shredding. Set aside 2 radishes for garnish.

Grate the remaining radishes on the rösti grater or cut into small cubes. Chop the young onion with the beautiful green.

Rinse cress and spin dry. Stir sour milk or Greek yogurt with olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir in radishes and young onion. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Immediately before serving, mix 2/3 of the cress into the radish tzatziki.

Place meat on wooden skewers.

Grill in a grill pan for about 4 minutes, then season with salt.
