For the honey grilled salmon with okra vegetables, first pour some oil into a pan and place the grilled salmon skin side down. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and brush each with a spoonful of honey.

Peel the onion and cut into medium slices (not too small!). Wash the okra, cut off the caps and the (brown) tips. Cut pods lengthwise (larger okra can be cut in half again).

Sauté onion in a pan with oil, add okra and finely chopped turmeric and roast slowly for about 8 minutes. Sear fish in pan until hot on all sides. When cutting the fish, it should not be completely cooked through on the inside.

Arrange okra-onion-yellow root vegetables on a plate and center a fish fillet on top. Serve the honey grilled salmon with okra vegetables.
