Mix egg whites, flour, powdered sugar and whipped cream to a thick paste. Finally, stir the dissolved butter into the mixture and leave the mixture to cool. Take 2 tablespoons of the finished amount and color darkly with cocoa.

Finishing: Make stencils (flower, butterfly) from thin cardboard or plastic. Then brush the mixture of hips on greased floured baking sheets or on parchment paper with a palette and the stencil. Trace the outlines with the dark colored amount and decorate. Bake at 200 °C for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown (be careful, it goes very quickly and you should stand still). If the pastry is to be shaped, this must be done while it is still hot. For example, place a flower in a small bowl to give it its shape. Depending on the desired flavor, the cookies can be filled with nougat or whipped cream and dipped in cooking chocolate after they have cooled down.
