For the herb oven potatoes, wash and dry parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme and basil and chop everything finely.

Clean, wash and halve the potatoes. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the potatoes on it with the straight side up.

Brush the cut surface with oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Turn the potatoes over and brush the other side with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake the potatoes for 40 minutes (test with chopsticks).
