Instructions:

For the herb pasta, cook the pasta with 2 tsp olive oil in salted water. Finely chop the onion and steam with 5 tbsp. water.

Finely puree garlic cloves, parsley and 6 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta, rinse hot and mix with parsley sauce.

Before serving, sprinkle with a few parsley leaves and garnish with tomato slices.
