Allow the butter to melt, brown and set aside to cool. Cream the solidified fat, gradually add the sugar, vanillin sugar and milk and stir until the mixture becomes white foamy. Fold in 2/3 of the sifted flour mixed with baking powder by tablespoonfuls. Knead the rest of the flour into the dough mixture until smooth. Form into rolls about 3 cm thick and refrigerate until firm. Cut 1/2 cm thick slices of it into small pieces and put them on a baking tray.

Preheat gas 5 min at full power, bake 2 1/2 to 3 1/2.

Power: preheat 200 °C O+U, bake 175 °C . Baking time about 15 min.
