For the heart cake pops, first mix honey and milk. Stir in hazelnuts and cake crumbs. Add cream cheese until a well malleable mass is formed. Add a little more cake crumbs or cream cheese depending on consistency. The dough should not stick to your hands. Form balls and chill for about half an hour.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate coating with a few drops of oil over a water bath. Add the red food coloring until the desired shade is reached. Dip the stems into the chocolate coating at one end and stick them into the balls. Again, chill for 15-30 minutes.

When the chocolate on the stem has dried, dip the cake pops into the chocolate glaze, turning constantly, until they are evenly coated with the glaze. Immediately place the decorative hearts on top (this needs to be done quickly before the icing dries). Let the heart cake pops dry again in a cool place before serving.
