For the heart toast, cut out one large heart or two small hearts from the wholemeal toast using a heart cookie cutter.Place the toasts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and preheat the oven to 160 °C.Now separate one egg in each case, carefully slide the yolk into the toast and pour on enough egg white to fill the heart hole. If you add too much egg white, it may spill over the top and you will not be able to see the heart anymore. Place the heart toasts in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are set and the bacon is crispy.
