A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Beat eggs and honey until golden and thick, add butter a little at a time. Fold in flour one tablespoon at a time. Let the dough rest for an hour. Later add 8 tablespoons of milk. Grind the hazelnuts and heat them dry in a frying pan until they smell aromatic.

Cool the nuts and fold them into the sponge cake mixture form.

Form into a greased Rodon cake pan and bake at 180 to 200 °C for about 60 min.
