For the hazelnut bread, mix all ingredients except the hazelnuts in a bowl with the dough hook of the hand mixer.

Work everything into a dough similar to a sponge cake. Now fold in the hazelnuts with a dough scraper and pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bread for about 50 minutes.
