For the Hawaiian salad, first prepare the sauce. For this, mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, ketchup, paprika powder, brandy and the juice of one lemon and season with salt, sugar and pepper.

Cut the celery into fine strips, mix into the sauce together with the shrimp and the pineapple chunks and season again with salt and pepper.
