For the ham cream patties, cook the patties in plenty of salted water until al dente, strain. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the meatballs and ham.

Mix well and let brown a little, add salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.

Add salt to taste and enjoy with green salad.
