Instructions:

Place the tarte flambée dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roll out.

Peel the onion and chop half of it.

Cut the ham into small pieces as well.

Spread the dough with crème fraîche and then cover with ham and finely chopped onions.

Sprinkle with grated Emmental and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 15 minutes.

Serve the tarte flambée as you like.
