Instructions:

For the ham and cheese sticks, roll out the sheet day at room temperature and divide in half. Brush both parts with egg. Sprinkle cheese with pepper and paprika on one side and cover with ham.

Fold the two pieces of puff pastry together and use a pastry roller to close the sides. Then cut into strips about 1 cm thick.

Take each strip at both ends and turn in opposite directions and place on a baking sheet (with baking paper!).

Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds. Bake at approx. 180 °C hot air for 15 – 20 minutes.
