For the halloumi zucchini skewers, first cut halloumi into pieces. Wash zucchini and cut or slice lengthwise into 2-3 mm thin slices.

Spread zucchini slices with KUNER sauce. Place one halloumi piece on each, roll up and skewer. Always skewer several zucchini rolls in a row. Grill on hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning once.

Mix fine mayonnaise with yogurt and seasoning ingredients and serve with the grilled halloumi zucchini skewers.
