Instructions:

Remove the skin from the avocados, pit them and mash them in a bowl. Chop the onion finely and add. Crush the chili pepper in a mortar or chop it very finely. If you don’t want the guacamole to be too spicy, you can also remove a few of the hot seeds beforehand. Rinse the tomatoes and dice them very finely.

Then mix the onion, the chili pepper and the tomato with the avocado puree until creamy. Grate some lemon peel, cut the lemon in half and squeeze the grated half (keep the other half for garnish). Stir the juice of one lemon, the parsley and the coriander into the cream and season with sea salt.

Pour the crem into a bowl and garnish with tomato slices and lemon wedges. Finally, sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
