Instructions:

For the guacamole, first heat ½ liter of water.

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit. Remove the flesh with a spoon, mash finely with a fork and add the lemon juice.

Dip the tomato briefly in boiling water, peel and halve. Remove the stalk and chop finely.

Remove the skin from the onion, cut it in half and roughly dice one half. Remove the skin from the garlic clove and chop finely.

Mix the onion, garlic, sour cream, sambal oelek or finely chopped chili pepper (depending on the desired degree of heat), salt and pepper to the avocado cream and puree everything together. Fold in the diced tomatoes.

Cover and refrigerate the guacamole until ready to eat.
