Rinse meat thoroughly, cut into cubes and put on fire in cold water. When the broth boils, skim off the foam, add the weighted onion and continue cooking until the meat is almost done. Sauté paradeis pulp in fat until slightly soft, add long grain rice, crushed garlic cloves, chopped celery leaves and dill, then cook in vinegar water, add pitted prunes and boil again.
