For the grilled tuna and vegetable skewers, soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes so that they do not burn during grilling. Cut the tuna into 2.5 cm thick cubes. Peel the onion and cut it in half twice. Skewer tuna and vegetables alternately on skewers.

Mix oregano with oil and pepper and brush the skewers with it. Then place the skewers on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, turning. Keep brushing the grilled tuna and vegetable skewers with the oregano/oil mixture.
