For the grilled tofu with cauliflower and potatoes, chop the garlic cloves. Mix the oil, soy sauce and garlic cloves to make a marinade. Place the tofu in the marinade and let it marinate for about 2 hours.

Heat the pan and add the tofu with the marinade. Fry the tofu briefly on both sides so that it takes color nicely.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until soft. Divide the cauliflower into roses and boil in water until tender, about 15 minutes.

Arrange the grilled tofu with potatoes and cauliflower together and serve.
