Instructions:

Cut the lamb into skewer-sized pieces, put them on a grill skewer.

Mix the brandy with pepper, smoked salt, the crushed garlic clove and half of the chopped mint. Pour over the lamb skewers and let sit with the lid on for 2 hours. Place the lamb chops end to end in a shallow baking dish and also pour the marinade over them and pull.

Remove the marinated grilled meat, dry well and brush with oil on all sides. Place on the broiler and grill for about 6-8 min on each side.

Then season with salt and bring to the table sprinkled with the remaining mint.
