For the smoked tofu with salad, slice the smoked tofu and marinate in soy sauce. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and divide into bite-sized pieces.

Place in a large bowl. Place the marinated tofu on the griddle and grill until crispy. Wash the yellow bell pepper and cucumber, if necessary peel the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix with the lettuce. Make a marinade of vinegar, water, sugar, salt and oil and season/marinate the salad with it.

Once the tofu is nice and crispy, enjoy everything with herb sauce or sauce tartare.
