For Grilled Salmon Asia Style, carefully cut the salmon fillets in half along the center bone and cut out the center bone. Use tweezers to remove any small bones.

For the sauce, mix together the sake, mirin and soy sauce. Grate the lemon or lime zest and stir into the sauce.

Put salmon fillets in it and marinate for 2 h in the refrigerator.

Peel the radish and grate finely.

Preheat the electric grill to 200° Celsius. Drain the marinated fish and place on the grill grate. Grill the salmon for 7 minutes, then brush with the sauce and grill for another 7 minutes.

Serve the grilled salmon Asia style with the grated radish.
