Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onions and cut a lid from the top of each into small pieces.

Carefully scoop out the onions with a kitchen knife or possibly a spoon.

Chop half of the removed flesh into small pieces. The other half is

not to be used further.

Cut the tomatoes crosswise, blanch them briefly, rinse and remove the skin. Then cut them into quarters, remove the seeds and finely dice them. Chop the parsley finely. Peel and crush the garlic clove, finely dice the feta. Mix tomatoes, finely chopped feta, garlic, onion and parsley well and season. Fill the tomato mixture into the hollowed out onions and put the lid on repeatedly.

Brush the onions with oil and grill in aluminum grill trays for about 30 min.
