Instructions:

Gut, rinse and dry the herrings. Season with salt, pepper and coriander. Chop garlic very finely and stir through with oil and orange juice, marinate fish in it for approx. 30 min. Preheat the broiler. Grill the herrings for 4-5 min. on each side and bring to the table on the spot.
