For the salad smoothie, wash the lettuce leaves and drain well. Wash and core the apple, peel the banana and squeeze some lemon.

Roughly tear the lettuce leaves, cut the apple and banana into rough pieces. Put lettuce, fruit and all other ingredients in a mug and puree to a creamy mixture.

Pour into a glass, add a few ice cubes and enjoy immediately.
