For the green salad, first pluck the green leaves and put them in a bowl of water to remove dirt. Chop the young onion and add it to an empty bowl. Add the chopped apdropped lettuce as well.

For the marinade, pour 2cm of balsamic in a cup, add a little sweetener and fill with water.

Pour the marinade over the salad with young onions and refine with pumpkin seed oil.
