For the Greek-style casserole, first brown the minced meat. Season this with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, the peppers are washed, freed from the core and cut into cubes. The onion and garlic are also finely diced and chopped.

Peppers, onion and garlic are now mixed into the meat.

Next, the olives are sliced and the feta is crumbled. Both are mixed together with the beans to the meat as well.

The mixture of ingredients is now placed in a baking dish and sour cream is poured over it and baked at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
