Instructions:

Greek mineral water, leaf salad, wholemeal bread roll or possibly tea (dinner).

Leaf salad: cucumber and bell bell pepper in strips, tomatoes in eighths, onion cut into rings, olives pitted and cut into small pieces. Mix the lettuce, dress with vinegar-oil marinade (double mixture) and sprinkle the diced feta cheese on top.
