For the tzatziki:

Cut the lamb fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into small cubes. Quarter the olives. Pluck the oregano into small pieces.

Mix the lamb and vegetables with the oregano and set aside.

In the meantime, prepare the tzatziki. To do this, peel and grate the cucumber. Salt it and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then squeeze well.

Mix yogurt and cucumber. Squeeze in garlic, add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the tortillas according to package directions, spread a thin layer of the tzatziki on top and spread the lamb and vegetable mixture on top. Roll up tightly, wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for a few hours.

Then remove the wraps from the foil again and cut in half diagonally.
