For the big Hans, stir together all the ingredients until the rusk is completely mixed. Pour into a pudding mold and cook in a water bath for about 2 hours.

Boil the pork cheek in water for about 1 hour. Remove from the broth and cut open.

Turn out the pudding from the mold and serve hot with one of the fruit sauces and the sliced pork cheek. Bring the big Hans to the table.
