Instructions:

Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Cut the ham into cubes as well.

Cut the baguette lengthwise, mix the creme fraiche with the vegetables and ham. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Spread the mixture on the baguette and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Arrange the ham and cheese baguette and serve.
