For the granola bars, briefly toast nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan. Add the remaining ingredients all in the food processor and chop.

Finally, add the roasted nuts and pumpkin seeds and chop only briefly so that they remain a little coarser. Then place everything on a sheet of plastic wrap and spread it out.

Spread another foil over it and roll out with a pasta roller about 5mm thick. Then place briefly in the refrigerator and then cut into lozenges. The granola bars will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
