Instructions:

For the grammel dumplings, peel onions and garlic. Finely chop the grams, onions and garlic. Then mix all ingredients well and form 10 small dumplings.

Freeze these 10 dumplings in the freezer for at least 1 hour in a plastic container. This will prevent them from falling apart when you wrap them in the dumpling mixture.

For the dumpling mixture, boil and peel the potatoes in their skins. Turn them through in a blender and let them steam out. Quickly mix all ingredients together to make a smooth dough, but don’t over mix or it will be tough.

If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Cover the frozen filling with the potato mixture and form into dumplings.

Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until they float to the surface. Garnish with melted grams and parsley.
