For the Ziegentopfen spread, cut the apricots into small cubes, lightly roast the sunflower seeds.

Stir the Ziegentopfen with Acidophilus milk and acacia honey until smooth, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Add chopped onion, apricot cubes and chopped chives to the mixture and season to taste.

Fill the finished Ziegentopfen spread into a small pot and sprinkle with chopped sunflower seeds.
