Preparation (about 25 min):

Rinse figs and cut into eighths. Rinse lemon balm, pluck leaves. Mash fresh goat cheese, add sour cream or crème fraiche, whipped cream and vodka and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto crackers. Attach fig wedges with skewers and garnish with lemon balm leaf. Refrigerate. Arrange crackers on a glass plate and season with ground pepper.
