For the goat cheese kamut salad, wash kamut, simmer with double the amount of water for about 30 minutes and then strain.

Put cheese and kamut in a bowl, pluck the mint leaves, add and mix everything. Grate or crumble the chili.

Wash and clean strawberries, cut into small cubes, mix with chili, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and sugar and season to taste.

Place salsa on plates or in small bowls. Portion goat cheese in a pleasing way (e.g., with a small ladle or form into dumplings with two soup spoons) and place on top of salsa.
