Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Prepare the gnocchi and put them in the refrigerator. Heat a frying pan, then pour in a dash of olive oil and roast the mushrooms in it for 2-3 minutes, swirling the frying pan from time to time. Add the chili and garlic, season with salt and pepper and add the butter. When the garlic has taken on a little color, add the clear soup or water and simmer for 5 minutes at a moderate temperature. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes until they rise to the surface.

Very carefully drain into a colander – they are exceptionally delicate when cooked. (If you treat your gnocchi too roughly they will end up as mashed potatoes) Mix the gnocchi into the mushroom sauce and garnish with the sage leaves. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
