For the strawberry nut tart, first prepare the dough. For the dough, separate the eggs. Beat yolks with sugar until foamy and gradually add oil and rum.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites with a little salt until stiff. Fold the mixture of flour, nuts and baking powder alternately with the beaten egg whites into the batter (using a whisk).

Then pour the batter into a greased pan as usual and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 35-45 minutes. Please test with a chopstick to make sure nothing sticks, as the time may vary a bit here as well.

For the cream, mix whipped cream with curd cheese. Add vanilla sugar, lemon zest and some juice, possibly refine with some cinnamon.

Now cut the base into 3 parts and alternate the layers (baked dough and cream) on top of each other. Soften the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cake.

Finally, drape the strawberries beautifully!
