For the glass noodles with beef, first cook the glass noodles according to the package and then strain them. Meanwhile, cut the beef into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Sear the meat but don’t sear it all the way through. Remove the meat from the pan and now add the noodles to the pan with the bean sprouts.

Add a dash of soy sauce, the meat as well. As soon as the meat is well done, mix some more garlic powder into the noodle-meat mixture and spread some more soy sauce over it.
